Holiday Club

Our free Holiday Clubs run once a week during most school holidays. They create a safe space for children to:

  • participate in fun activities

  • make friends and socialise

  • explore new talents or interests

all with access to provided lunch and snacks throughout the day.

Where do the Holiday Club activities happen?

Activities are held at our Kids Inspire HQ.

Address: Hargrave House, Hollycroft, Great Baddow, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 7FW

Time: 10:30am-3:30pm (lunch included)

Who is Holiday Club for?

Activities are free and suitable for children aged 6 and over in primary school.

Sessions are booked and offered to families according to criteria. Priority will be given to those from lower income families, in receipt of pupil premium or eligible for free school meals.

For more information please read our Holiday Club Terms and Conditions.

Booking children onto our Holiday Clubs

If you’d like to book your child(ren) onto our Holiday Clubs, please complete our Expression of Interest form. Please note that submitting this form does not automatically guarantee a place.

We know our free activities are very popular and spaces fill up quickly. To make sure we support the families who need us most, we prioritise places for children from lower‑income households, those receiving pupil premium, or those eligible for free school meals.

Expressions of interest are open for a set period. Once the closing date has passed, we review and confirm Holiday Club places.

Upcoming dates for 2026 summer Holiday Clubs

We are now accepting expressions of interests until Friday 26 June. Please complete our form.

Thanks to Kids Inspire, my girls have had countless hours of fun and unforgettable memories.
