Mentoring
Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction - John Crosby
Could you be all these things to a young person? To a child who has lost their way, lacks self esteem, or has suffered loss or trauma? To a young person struggling with relationships, or dealing with exams without support from home?

Kids Inspire’s mentoring programme offers vulnerable children the opportunity to form a positive, trusting relationship with an adult role model - their mentor. Mentors undergo comprehensive training before being carefully matched to a young person. The two then meet, usually for an hour a week, while Kids Inspire provides continued support and guidance. The mentor engages the mentee in fun, everyday activities. This broadens the child’s horizons and helps them develop skills to deal with the issues affecting them. The mentor is able to offer a listening ear and help the mentee make informed decisions and positive life choices. We are always looking for mentors as there are always children in need.
