Kids Inspire supports the Chelmsford community:

• Liaison and information sharing with Child & Family Consultation Service, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, Chelmer Housing Partnership, Community Police Officers, Team Around the School Child and Community, GPs, Health Visitors, Connexions, Education Welfare Officers, Education Psychologists, Behaviour Support Service.
• Representation at Multi Agency Team meetings.
• Transition Project - supporting vulnerable children and their families as they move from Primary to Secondary School.
• Holistic support around serious issues - e.g. domestic violence, bullying, teenage pregnancy. We have a number of new and innovative projects that can be adapted to meet the needs of the community.
